If possible, you are encouraged to submit hardcopy time reports to the University Payroll office by 2:00 p.m. on the business day listed below in the 'Initial Cutoff' column (usually Friday of a non-payweek).
By submitting time reports early, you provide the University Payroll Office additional time
to resolve errors that may occur on employees' paychecks. Your cooperation with this matter will
help ensure effective and accurate payroll processing.
To submit hardcopy biweekly time reports, you can:
-- deliver them to the University Payroll Office at Room G395 Wolverine Tower, or
-- place them in a University Payroll Office Drop Box.
